Patient Access Navigators can help you access ELREXFIO by:
- Providing details to help you navigate your insurance coverage, including letting you and your care team know how much of your treatment is covered by insurance and what your out-of-pocket costs may be
- Identifying financial assistance resources if you’re eligible, regardless of insurance type
- Helping you identify solutions if you run into any challenges when accessing your treatment
- Providing you with resources like MyHealthcareFinances.com, a free website that includes information to help you understand your insurance coverage, medical bills, and employment and disability rights. MyHealthcareFinances is a collaboration between Pfizer and Triage Health Access
- Learn more about government-sponsored health insurance programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and more
Treatment coordination
Patient Access Navigators can help you as you begin treatment with ELREXFIO* by:
- Providing inpatient transition of care assistance and outpatient treatment coordination, such as appointment confirmations, logistics, and transportation to site of care or lodging at site of care

Patient Access Navigators can help support you during your treatment with ELREXFIO* by providing information from patient advocacy groups and related programs.
- This support includes identifying resources that may:
- Provide logistics support and appointment reminders, and follow up on insurance needs
- Help with enrolling to receive emails about ELREXFIO
- Provide information on local events
- Provide support during transition of care to outpatient sites, including informing the patient if the product will be available
- Connect patients to third-party resources that:
- Provide family community support
- Identify transportation and lodging services
- Provide information about the patient’s type of cancer and nutritional resources
- Offer help with workplace transitions
